City of Newton Online Payments

Online transactions will be charged a $1 service fee and phone transactions will be charged a $1.25 fee. The City absorbs other processing fees charged by the credit card companies.

No-Fee Payment Options:

• Mail: Enclose a check or money order to PO Box 586 Newton KS 67114
• Drop Box: On Oak Street to the west of City Hall
• In-Person: Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit or Debit Card can be processed at City Hall, 201 E 6th St, Newton KS 67114
